The hybrid-laser wobble welding system, combining Hanwei's blue laser (450nm) and fiber laser (1064nm), enables coaxial integration of the two laser sources. It is specifically applied to the welding of thick, highly reflective metals such as gold, silver, copper, and aluminum.
 
The adoption of the wobble technique expands its application scope and enhances the adaptability of its technical parameters. Highly reflective materials exhibit higher absorptivity for the blue-fiber hybrid laser, which minimizes spark generation during the welding process.
